Manual Instructions1.Check the air source, air pressure stable or not 2.Check the machine screws etc. 3.Change the grinding wheel according to needs, adjust the depth valve(If not use high precision position, pls lock the depth valve to the rock bottom position, which will do the nick grinding jobs according to the pressure power) 4.Wear gloves, protective glass, masks 5.Connect to air source( suggest to hang up the air hose) 6.Pls drop 3 drops pneumatic oil to the air inlet, plug in the air hose. Rotate to right to open the grinder. Then slowly idle for a few seconds, rotate to left to close 7.Put the wooden die cutting board smoothly on the table(suggest not to use sponge rubber before nick grinding, as resistance increases) 8.Rotate to right to open the grinder, increase the speed. Use thumb and first finger to hold the machine when the rotation speed gets stable. Then put the machine in the front side of the steel rules, move it to the grinding position(use wheels to adjust the position) and gently press the machine to start nicking. Move stably in turn. Pay attention that must gently press and handle 9.After finish the nicking job, rotate to left to close. Unplug the air hose and use 3 drops pneumatic oil to the air inlet, then plug to the air hose and open the grinder to idling for a few seconds. After that close the air source, clean the machine body and keep in proper position

Application:

1.  First arrange the carton boards which needs to be cleaned, make sure 

all edges flushed. Before running the machine, please make sure there are cuts on the four edges of the carton boards. The distance of each cuts should be adjusted according to different sizes of boards.
Makes breakpoints between boards and waste edges, the margins should be more than 5mm.

2.  Applicable Paper Range: 200-500gsm cartons, single/double corrugated boards and laminated cartons.
